Rental Fees

• Lake Delton Residents $100 rental fee/non-residents $200 rental fee plus $100 Refundable Deposit required for everyone for the Small Pavilions
• Lake Delton Residents $250 rental fee/non-residents $500 rental fee plus $100 Refundable Deposit required for everyone for the Large Pavilion

Village of Lake Delton Residents and Property owners. 

• Proof of residency (Rental Lease / Lake Delton Utility Bill / Electric Bill / Voter Registration)
• Proof of property ownership (Driver's License information and Tax Parcel Information)

A check for a $100 Refund will be issued to the Applicant if the Park Pavilion that they reserved is cleaned up and is approved by Public Works.
