How to Pay Utility Bills Online

You now have two online payment options!

You can pay utility bills online here. Make sure to have your bill handy, if applicable, to provide your customer account number. You can pay immediately, schedule a payment, or set up Auto-Pay. You can also print receipts, view payment history, and see status of payments by going online.

Please note: Our payment processor charges a $1.10  fee for checks and 3% (+50¢ if under $100) for credit and debit cards.

We use Payment Service Network to process our payments. PSN has been certified as maintaining the highest level of security as required by the credit card industry.

You can now also pay your utilities online via HeyGov Click on the link or scan the QR code below to be directed to Lake Delton's HeyGov page to be able to pay your utility bill online, apply for various applications and more! Payments are processed through Stripe which charges 2.9% + $0.30 transaction fees.

There are companies, such as doxo.com, which encourage customers to pay through their websites. These payment sites will send you a payment but these alternative websites are not affiliated with the Village of Lake Delton. If you submit through an alternative website, it can cause a delay in submitting your payment and therefore, you could incur late fees. You should only use links, mobile apps, and phone numbers listed on our website to make payments or sign up with us for Automatic Bill Pay (ACH).
