Absentee & Early Voting Information

Wisconsin does not have true early voting but voters can vote early following the absentee voting process.

Registered Voters can request an absentee ballot any time prior to an election up until the last Thursday prior to Election Day by visiting www.myvote.wi.gov. Absentee ballots are mailed out as soon as they are available for and standing request that are on file.  This is typically no later than 47 days prior to the Election per Wisconsin Statute.  Absentee ballot requests received after the mandatory mailing date are sent within one business day by US Mail.

In-person absentee voting does not being until 14 days prior to the election per Wisconsin Statutes.  Voting absentee in-person the day prior to the election (Monday) is also not allowed per statute.  During the in-person voting window, the Village usually offers in-person voting Monday through Thursday from 9am until 3pm and on Fridays until 1pm.  We are open until 5pm on the last Friday before the election.
